Most good tradies and local businesses are. The work is solid, customers are happy, and then they drive off without leaving a word online. A few reviews from months ago sit under your name while a competitor with half your skill has a page full of stars.

Nobody’s being lazy. You’re on the tools, the customer’s busy, and asking for a review feels awkward. So it doesn’t happen.

We’d rather prove it works than promise it. So we take on five businesses at a time, do all the asking for you, and don’t charge a cent until you’ve seen the result.

Real reviews only

Real reviews from your real customers. Nothing fake, ever.

We only ask your real customers, the people on the list you send us. We never write, buy or fake reviews.
Every customer gets the same request with your review link, whatever they thought of the job. Filtering out unhappy customers is called review gating. Google bans it, so we never do it.
No discounts or rewards for reviews. Google doesn’t allow that either.
Every message names your business and lets your customer opt out, as Australian spam law requires.

Questions people ask

Is the challenge really free? Do I need a card?

Yes, 100% free, and no card is required. There’s nothing to cancel and no contract.

How do the weekly intakes work?

Each intake takes only 5 businesses. Our first intake closes Sunday 18 October at 11:59pm. After that, applications close every Thursday at 11:59pm (Adelaide time) and the intake starts the following Monday. If an intake fills up, your application goes into the next one.

When do the 14 days start?

When we start asking your customers, not at sign-up.

What if I don’t get 5 new reviews in 14 days?

If you haven’t had 5 new Google reviews after 14 days, we keep going for up to 14 more days, free, as long as you keep sending us your new customers. Still under 5 after that? Then something else is holding your reviews back, and we’ll book a free 15-minute call to work out what.

What do I need to send you?

Just your recent jobs: a photo of your job book or an export of your last 50 jobs. We do the rest.

What happens after the challenge?

If you want to keep going, it’s $197/month AUD, locked in for life. That founding rate is for the first 10 businesses only, otherwise it’s $297/month. Or walk away and owe nothing. Every review is yours to keep, whatever you decide.

Can I do the challenge twice?

No, it’s one per business. If you’ve done it and want another go, book a free 15-minute call first and we’ll work out whether another round would help.

Will you stop unhappy customers from leaving a Google review?

No. Every customer gets your Google review link, whatever their experience. Filtering who gets to review you is review gating, and it’s against Google’s policies.

Is this allowed under the Spam Act?

Messages only go to people who’ve been your customers, they identify your business, and every one includes an easy way to opt out.
